Vietnam enjoys a lengthy coastline with its best beaches in the southern half. They are fairly unspoiled with nothing but small fishing communities dotting the picture-perfect landscape.
The best time for a beach break is from October until May when the climate is not too hot or humid. The worst season is probably July until October with high humidity, frequent rains, occasional typhoons, and of course July and August is always a busy holiday period.
