What information do we collect and how do we use it?
When you submit a holiday enquiry to us by email, we ask you to provide us with some personal information such as your name, email address, street address, phone number as well as the names and ages of anyone travelling with you.
We use this information to complete your booking or to contact you prior to completing your booking.
No credit card, or other sensitive, information is held on The Holiday Place’s database as we do not gather this kind of information through our website.
Do we share your information with other companies?
We will pass your name(s) on to airlines, hotels or resorts and our local representatives in order to arrange and confirm your booking. We do not share any further information with any other companies.
Emails
If you have selected to receive our email newsletter, you will have submitted your name and email address. This information is held on our secure database. The information is not shared and you can remove yourself from the mailing list at any time. If you do not wish to receive these newsletters see our Opt Out policy described below.
Opt Out Policy
You can opt out of receiving our email newsletters by clicking on the unsubscribe link here or in any of the Newsletters and entering your email address. Your details will automatically be removed from the list.

We do not attach personally identifiable information to this tracking which means that although we can see how our visitors have moved around the site, we do not know who is who.
