When booking travel arrangements our contract with you begins when you receive the confirmation e-mail stating that we have received your order. Once the contract is made we are responsible for providing the travel arrangements you have booked and you are responsible to us to pay for them. In parties of two or more people the person who makes the booking accepts responsibility for making payments to us for all members of the party.
All the air package holidays we provide are fully protected under ATOL license 10028.

Raj, just a quick note from Elaine and I to thank you so much for your excellent organisation of our Cuba trip. This trip exceeded all our expectations. The organisation of our tailor made holiday went very smoothly with no trouble. The Ambos Mundos Hotel was (for us) in the best location of the Old Town and our bedroom was next door to where Ernest Hemingway spent 7 years of his life! Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The Internacional at Varadero was also very good and is right on the most beautiful beach. There was an amazing dancing show (the standard of dancing was impressive) and the live musicians were also impressive. The Cuban people are so friendly and so pleased to help you - very refreshing coming from London! Food is plentiful with lovely fresh fruit, fish and seafood - it may not be to the standard you are normally used to but remember - Gordon Ramsay hasn't reached these shores yet - thank God!. I would urge first time visitors to read up on Cuba before travelling there so that they can understand how the Cubans live and do a tailor made holiday to see Havana as well as the beach. We enjoyed Cuba immensely and hope to return to travel round the island a bit more, next year. We will certainly recommend your services to our friends.

Hello Raj, Just wanted to say that we had a great time in Cuba. All went very well with transfers. We had a lost in translation moment when the girl from san christobel said that the Trinidad to Havana transfer had been cancelled but having spoken to the rep who we saw on the first day, we realised it was an admin issue. Cuba is a beautiful country and we found the people very friendly and warm. Also pleased to say that the weather was lovely and warm as well. Thanks for all your help in organising and planning and thanks for the litttle gift we got in the post. I would not hesitate to recommend your service to Cuba if i hear of anyone else going.
